Check-In And Check-Out

Due to our rigorous cleaning procedures, guest rooms are ready for check-in at 4:00PM. Check-out is at 11:00AM. If interested in an earlier or later time, contact our Dappleton Hotel staff to see if this is an option for your stay (based upon room availability).

Rates

•Rates at Dappleton Hotel are based upon double occupancy, with no additional guests permitted on hotel grounds at any time. Due to complimentary amenities and the safety of our guests, a $500 per occurrence fee will be applied to your final bill if observed by hotel staff. 

•All guests must be at least 21 years of age. No pets allowed.

•Room rates posted are subject to availability, and can change without prior notice.

Smoking

For the comfort of our guests, Dappleton Hotel is a 100% smoke-free environment. This includes marijuana, cigars, and vaping. A $500 fee will be applied to your final bill for cleaning if smoking is detected.

Payment & Cancellation

•Full pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation at Dappleton Hotel.

•If cancelled 10+ days out, the first night's stay is non-refundable and the balance of your reservation will be refunded or converted to a Dappleton Hotel gift certificate. If the cancellation is made less than 10 days out, there are no refunds.

Incidentals

If damages are found, or if anything is missing from your guest room after departure, an appropriate fee covering such incident (including labor costs) will be applied to your final bill. 

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Please respect your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum. We reserve the right to have disruptive parties removed from the premises without a refund of room rate.

Privacy/Storing Information

At Dappleton Hotel we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personally identifiable information. Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Dappleton Hotel. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Dappleton Hotel does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site. We sometimes use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A "cookie" is a small file that gets placed on your harddrive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to. 

At Dappleton Hotel, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Dappleton Hotel may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
